Roller Derby is like SF incarnate. A weird mix of folk watching a likewise weird mix of players brawling in a roller rink. In this picture, one of the coaches from the Brooklyn Devils ran onto the rink to start attacking one of the Bay Area Bombers. I also saw a middle-aged player stomping a teenager with skates. And the halftime show was an attack dog. It’s like pro wrestling, SF style!

This is a building on Otis St. Love the retro-tacky feel, stylized “74s,” and lights with blue blinkers. And… I just found out what the building is for, hahaha, wow.
